You can choose from ready-to-use legal templates, such as an Asset Purchase Agreement (APA), a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), or a domain purchase agreement. A document is signed by two parties — the buyer and the seller.
Open the signing area in your dashboard and choose a template.
Review the document and add your signature.
Share the signing link with the other party so they can sign their part.
Once both parties have signed, the document is marked complete.
When signing is complete, Silky Road generates an authoritative signed PDF that includes an audit trail of who signed, when, and from where. Signed documents are stored privately, and you can download your copy at any time from the signing area.
