If a listing looks misleading, contains prohibited content, or otherwise breaks our rules, use the Report option on the listing. Tell us briefly what is wrong so our team can review it. See our Prohibited Content guide for what is and isn't allowed.
If your concern is about another user or something said in a conversation, contact our Support team with the details. Include links or screenshots where you can — it helps us review quickly.
Our team reviews every report against Silky Road's rules and Terms of Service.
Where a breach is found, we may remove content, suspend a listing, or apply sanctions to an account.
Keep your communication and any evidence on Silky Road — deals arranged off-platform are outside what we can assist with.
