Banned Behavior Policy

Specific Banned Behaviors
- Overdue fee payment: Failure to pay success fees on time may lead to debt collection activities.
- Dealing off-platform: Processing payments outside of Silky Road’s platform is prohibited.
- Simultaneous listing: Listing the same asset on another marketplace while it is actively listed on Silky Road.
- Spam/Solicitation: Sending unsolicited messages or promoting services in an intrusive manner.
- Abuse or threatening behavior: Engaging in verbal or written abuse, threats, or intimidation.
- False or unverified accusations: Making accusations without factual basis or proper verification.
- Multiple account operation: Operating more than one account without authorization from Silky Road.
- Sale or transfer of Silky Road account: Transferring or selling a Silky Road account to another person.
- Shill bidding: Artificially inflating auction activity through bids placed by the seller or associates.
- Involvement in fraud: Participating in fraudulent activities, including misrepresentation of assets.
- Non-payment after sale: Failing to make payment after a successful sale has been completed.
- Non-delivery of assets: Failing to deliver all assets and inclusions promised in the listing during payment and transfer.
- Increasing reserve during active auction: Raising the reserve price after an auction has already started.
- Mis-portrayal of assets: Providing false information about the assets included in the sale, their value, ownership, performance, or operation.
Listing assets associated with another user: Attempting to list assets that belong to another user without authorization.
- Misrepresentation of identity: Providing inaccurate or misleading information about one’s identity or age.
Enforcement and Consequences
Any evidence of banned behavior will result in sanctions, including but not limited to immediate removal of business listings, deletion of bids and offers, and permanent bans from Silky Road.
Scope of Policy
This behavior policy applies to all activities conducted on the Silky Road platform, including communication between users and with Silky Road representatives. It covers on-platform feedback and messaging, as well as interactions through any other form of communication.
