Where to find your invoices, how to download one as a PDF for your records, what a credit note is, and what happens if a payment falls short.
Every charge you pay on Silky Road produces an invoice. An invoice is a record of a charge that has already happened — it is not a bill you pay from the page.
Go to invoices in your dashboard. You see the invoices belonging to your account only.
Open one to see its number, what it was for, the amount, the currency, any tax, its status, and how it was paid.
If an invoice you expect is missing, check you are signed in to the right account. Note also that not every movement of money produces an invoice, so a missing invoice does not always mean a missing charge.
Each invoice can be downloaded as a branded PDF, named silkyroad-invoice- followed by the invoice number. This is the canonical document — the one to keep for your records or give to an accountant.
Two things worth knowing:
If the download fails, try once more, then contact support.
A refund does not change the original invoice. Instead:
So a refunded charge appears as two documents, not one amended one. People often expect the original to disappear or drop to zero — it does not, and that is deliberate, because the original charge did happen.
When you pay a listing fee by Bitcoin, the amount that actually arrives is compared against what the listing package costs at the moment it publishes. Those two figures can differ if the price changed after your invoice was created.
In any of those cases, contact support with your invoice number. These need to be resolved by a person — do not assume the money will come back on its own, and do not send a second payment hoping it will be combined.
You cannot create or edit an invoice. The details come from the charge itself, and invoice numbers are issued automatically. If something on an invoice is wrong, contact support rather than trying to amend it.
We'll reply within a business day.
