Silky Road charges 0% commission on your sale. Sellers pay a one-time listing package fee instead, priced by asking price and shown in full before you pay.
This guide explains what it costs to sell on Silky Road.
There is no seller fee on your sale. Silky Road charges 0% commission on the sale price of your asset or business — whatever you sell it for is yours, and the platform does not take a cut of the deal.
What you do pay is a one-time listing package fee, charged when you publish a listing rather than when it sells.
The fee is based on your asking price: higher-value listings sit in a higher package tier.
You will always see the exact fee for your listing during the publishing step, before you pay. Nothing is charged automatically and there is no fee to browse, to make an offer, or to buy.
Each package runs for a set term — typically 60, 90, or 180 days. Choose the term that suits how long you expect your sale to take. See How long will my listing be live? for what happens when a term ends.
You can enhance a listing with optional add-ons, for example:
Listing package fees are non-refundable, except in the specific circumstances set out in Silky Road's Terms of Service. See Refunds on Silky Road for the full picture, including refunds on transactions.
Start creating your listing — the exact fee for your asking price is shown before any payment is taken. If anything is unclear, contact support before you publish.
We'll reply within a business day.
